Stinky Bins is a locally owned residential bin cleaning service in the Okanagan. We power-wash, sanitize, and deodorize the garbage, recycling, and organics carts that sit in your garage and at your curb, so they stop smelling and stop attracting pests.
Curbside bins are warm, dark, and full of food waste. That is a recipe for bacteria, mold, maggots, and the kind of smell that pulls bears, rats, and wasps onto your property. In the Okanagan that is a real, year-round problem. We exist to take it off your plate.
How the clean works
We clean the day after your collection day, when your bins are empty and already at the curb, so there is nothing for you to remember and nothing for you to do. You do not need to be home.
- We connect our hose to your outdoor tap and run a gas-powered pressure washer, so we do not need access to your home or an electrical outlet.
- We use cold water and biodegradable, pet- and family-safe cleaning agents. Our eco commitment is about what goes in the spray bottle.
- We power-wash the inside and outside of each bin, then sanitize and deodorize so it smells like nothing at all.
- When the job is done, we message you. Subscribers get automatic repeat visits on the schedule they choose.

Every price and every plan is on our website. No quotes, no callbacks, no surprises. We publish our bins-must-be-empty policy too, so you always know exactly what to expect on clean day. Book a one-time clean or subscribe monthly, quarterly, or twice a year.

We serve residential curbside carts across Kelowna, BC. From the Mission to Rutland, Glenmore to Kettle Valley, if your bins are collected curbside, we can clean them.
